The Site uses a consent management mechanism that allows visitors to choose whether or not to authorise non-essential audience measurement technologies.

5.1 Essential storage — The Site may use strictly necessary technical storage to operate essential functions and to remember the visitor's consent preferences. These technologies are not used for advertising or audience measurement and do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for the requested service.

5.2 Google Analytics — With the visitor's consent, the Site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect information relating to the use of the Site, including pages viewed, interactions with content, traffic source, device and browser information and approximate geographic information. TERA SENSOR does not intentionally transmit through its analytics configuration information entered into quotation or contact forms, such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names or free-text messages.

5.3 Google Tag Manager — The Site uses Google Tag Manager to manage the technical deployment of analytics tags and measurement events. Google Tag Manager is a tag management tool and is not used by TERA SENSOR as an independent advertising or profiling service.

5.4 Consent — Analytics technologies are disabled by default and are activated only after the visitor has consented to audience measurement through the consent interface. If consent is refused, non-essential analytics cookies are not placed or read for audience measurement. Visitors may change or withdraw their choice at any time by using the “Manage cookies” link available on the Site. The Site uses Google's Consent Mode to communicate the visitor's consent choices to Google services and control the behaviour of analytics tags accordingly.

5.5 Third-party services and external links — When analytics consent is granted, technical requests required for Google Analytics may be sent to Google services. Submitting a quotation or contact form transmits the information entered by the visitor to the form-processing service described in Article 4. Links to distributors, resellers, social networks or other external websites lead to third-party services governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. TERA SENSOR does not control the technologies used by those third-party websites once the visitor leaves the Site.

TERA SENSOR makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date. However, the company cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions.

The user acknowledges using this information under their sole responsibility. The Site may contain links to external sites over which TERA SENSOR has no control; the company therefore accepts no responsibility for their content.

By accessing and using the Site, the user accepts these Terms of Use.

  • The Site is accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, technical maintenance, or network disruptions.
  • Any attempt at fraudulent access, disruption, or damage to the Site is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable settlement, jurisdiction is expressly granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Aix-en-Provence.
